How do I create a Team account on Boosterz?

Sign up by clicking “Create a Team” on the homepage. You’ll need your team name, sport, season info, and a team photo/logo. Once verified, you can start uploading content, sharing your channel and raising funds for your team.

How many Team accounts can I manage on Boosterz?

We recommend managing one team per Boosterz account. Use a separate email address for each team you create to ensure each team has its own dedicated fundraiser page, dashboard, and content library.

Can I use Boosterz if my team is based outside the U.S.?

Currently, Boosterz is available for U.S.-based teams. We’re working to expand internationally—contact us to see if your country is supported.

Why was my Team account application rejected?

Reasons include incomplete team details, missing verification documents, or inappropriate content. You’ll receive an email explaining the issue and how to reapply.

How do I delete or deactivate my Team account?

Go to your Account Settings, scroll down to “Delete Account,” and follow the prompts. Once deleted, your page and all associated content will be removed.

Why can’t I register my team on Boosterz?

This could be due to location restrictions, incomplete forms, or email verification issues. Try again or contact support for help.

Can individual players raise money separately?

Yes. Players can create personal Boosterz pages that link to the main team page. Funds raised can go to the player or team goal.

Can I link my Boosterz page to my social accounts?

Yes. Share your page and content directly to Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Can I transfer my page if I switch teams?

Yes. You can update your team affiliation in your profile settings, or your new coach can invite you to their team.

What happens to my account after the season ends?

You can keep your account active for future seasons, or archive it until next year.
