Use the search bar or browse featured teams on the homepage. You can also follow a direct link shared by a team or athlete.
How do I donate to a team or player?
Click the “Donate” button on their page, choose an amount, and select your payment method. You can also leave a comment or request a shoutout.
Why did my donation auto-renew?
If you selected a monthly recurring donation, it will auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your Supporter Dashboard.
How do I cancel a recurring donation?
Go to Dashboard > Donations > Recurring, then select Cancel next to the active donation.
How do limited-time campaigns or incentives work?
Some teams run fundraising events with exclusive perks, shoutouts, or unlockable content. Donate during the window to claim the reward.
Can I share personal information with teams or players?
No. For safety, supporters should not share personal contact info or private messages.
Can I meet up with players or teams I support?
No. Boosterz prohibits in-person meetups initiated through the platform to protect minors and ensure safety.
Can I download or copy content from Boosterz?
No. Videos and photos are protected under copyright and DRM. Downloading or reposting content without permission is strictly prohibited.
