Go to your dashboard > Posts. You can edit captions, change visibility, or delete any post at any time.
What do we do if our content is leaked or misused?
Report the issue immediately in Support > Content Violation. Our team will investigate and take action quickly.
How do we appeal a post or account suspension?
You can file an appeal via your team dashboard or by emailing appeals@boosterz.club with the case number.
How do we restrict or block a supporter?
From your supporters list, click the three dots and select “Block User.” They will no longer be able to view or donate to your page.
How can we report inappropriate content or behavior from another team or supporter?
Click the report flag on their profile or post and choose the reason. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
How do I make a complaint about content I saw?
Click the flag icon on the post or team page and choose the reason. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
How do I report a team or player for violating Boosterz policies?
Use the report function or contact support@boosterz.club. Include a screenshot or link for faster resolution.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are granted in rare cases (e.g., fraud or duplicate charges). Submit a request through your Donation History > Request Refund or email support with your receipt.
