How do I open a Player account?
Go to Boosterz and click “Join as Player.” You’ll be asked to create a profile, upload a photo, and provide your age, sport, and location. You can join a team or request to be added later.
Can I have more than one Player account?
No. Each player can only have one Boosterz profile, but you can join multiple teams through your account.
Can I use Boosterz as a Player where I live?
Boosterz is currently available to players in the U.S. and select international locations. Check availability in your region by starting the sign-up process.
Why was my Player account application rejected?
This could be due to missing parental consent (if under 13), invalid team info, or violations of Boosterz guidelines. You’ll receive an email with next steps.
How do I delete my Player account?
Go to Settings > Account, scroll down, and select “Delete Account.” All videos and data will be permanently removed.
Why can’t I open a Player account?
Make sure you meet the age requirement and provide accurate information. If issues continue, contact support.
Can I request to join a team?
Yes. After creating your player profile, you can search for your team and send a join request. The coach or admin will approve you.
Can a coach invite me to a team?
Yes. Coaches can invite players via email or username. You’ll receive a notification and must accept the invite to join.
