No. Each player can only have one Boosterz profile, but you can join mulBoostle teams over time through your account.
Can I post highlight reels or music videos?
Yes, but avoid copyrighted music unless you have the rights or use royalty-free audio.
Can I post content with other players?
Yes, but you must have their permission—or their parents if they’re a minor.
Why was my content removed?
Your video may violate Boosterz community guidelines—this includes inappropriate language, unsafe actions, or unapproved third-party content.
What kind of content can I post?
Players can post training clips, shoutouts, personal goals, updates, and behind-the-scenes footage. Content should be respectful, team-appropriate, and safe for all audiences.
What percentage of donations do I keep?
You’ll keep around 90-95% of donations. Boosterz takes a small platform fee to support operations and transaction costs.

How do I request a refund?
Refunds are granted in rare cases (e.g., fraud or duplicate charges). Submit a request through your Donation History > Request Refund or email support with your receipt.
How do I report a team or player for violating Boosterz policies?
Use the report function or contact support@boosterz.club. Include a screenshot or link for faster resolution.
How do I make a complaint about content I saw?
Click the flag icon on the post or team page and choose the reason. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
Why is there a small charge from my bank?
Some banks charge foreign transaction or micro-auth fees, especially for PayPal or digital platform payments. Boosterz doesn’t control these fees.
Why am I being charged tax on my donation?
Some states require sales tax on digital content access. In most cases, donations are not taxed.
How do I change my daily spending limit?
Go to Settings > Payment Limits and update your preferences. This can help control how much you donate in a day or week.
